At Arvelo, we are committed to delivering premium quality leather products that meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been used, worn, or altered
- Product is returned without original packaging or tags
- Damage caused by the customer
- Return request raised after the allowed return period
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos as proof. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via email or phone
- Share your order details and reason for return
- Our team will verify and provide return instructions
- The product will be picked up or you may be asked to ship it back
5. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be approved
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
- Customers must provide correct bank details for processing
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
8. Important Notes
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Arvelo reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
